There is no new snow this morning. Winds are 10-15 mph out of the northwest and west with gusts to 30 mph. Temperatures are in the single digits and teens F. High temperatures will be in the 20s to low 30s F with partly sunny skies. Snow showers this afternoon won’t bring any significant accumulation. Moderate westerly winds will continue today. Snowfall tonight will bring a trace to 3” by tomorrow morning.
Yesterday’s temperatures of 40-60 F were only a brief preview of summer. The next week will be colder. This morning, temperatures cooled to high teens and low 30s F, and rain quickly turned to snow with 1” in the Bridger Range and none elsewhere so far. Wind is westerly at 15-20 mph with gusts to 45 mph. Today, under mostly cloudy skies, temperatures will be 20s to mid-30s F with westerly wind at 15-35 mph. Light snow this morning and tonight could add up to 1-3”, and more snow is expected tomorrow evening and Monday.
Temperatures are in the high 20s and low 30s F this morning. Skies are clear and winds are 10-20 mph out of the west. Mountain temperatures will climb into the 40s, 50s, and even low 60s F this afternoon. Moderate winds will shift slightly to the southwest. Tomorrow will be much cooler and cloudier with a chance for light snowfall.
Under clear skies, mountain temperatures are in the mid-teens F with 15-25 mph wind from the northwest. High pressure is bringing brief and unseasonably warm weather. Under sunny skies mountain temperatures will reach 45-50 F this afternoon with wind 10-20 mph from the west to northwest. Temperatures will cool to near freezing tonight and rise quickly tomorrow. Enjoy the warm April sun because clouds, cooler temperatures and precipitation are on the menu for the weekend. Don’t fire up the lawn mower just yet.
This morning, temperatures are in the upper single digits to teens F with 15-25 mph winds from the west to northwest. The Bridger Range and Cooke City received 3” of new snow in the last 24 hours with 1-2” everywhere else. Today, temperatures will be in the upper 20s to mid 30s F with 15-25 mph winds from the northwest and the skies will clear.
This morning, temperatures are in the single digits to mid teens F with 25-35 mph winds from the west. The mountains around Cooke City received 13” of new snow with 8-11” south of Bozeman and near Big Sky and 3-5” near West Yellowstone and in the Bridger Range. Today, temperatures will be in the 20s F with 25-40 mph winds from the west. The mountains around Cooke City will get another 2-4” of snow by morning with a trace to 1” near Bozeman, Big Sky and West Yellowstone.
This morning there is no new snow. Temperatures are high teens to low 30s F. Wind is southwest at 10-20 mph with gusts of 30-40 mph. Today, wind out of the west-southwest will increase to 20-30 mph with gusts of 40-50 mph, temperatures will reach mid to high 30s F under mostly cloudy skies, and snow is expected this afternoon and tonight. By tomorrow morning, 3-5” of snow could fall through most of the forecast area with 7-10” near Cooke City, and a couple more inches during the day tomorrow.
This morning the mountains have 4” of new snow in the Bridger Range, 2-3” near Big Sky and Hyalite, 1” near Cooke City and zero near West Yellowstone. Temperatures are low teens to mid-20s F and wind has been west-northwest at 15-25 mph with gusts reaching 40-60 mph overnight. Today will be mostly sunny with westerly wind at 10-25 mph and temperatures reaching mid-30s to low 40s F. The next chance for snow is tomorrow afternoon.

There will be a mix of sun and clouds before showers move in this afternoon. Winds are 10-15 mph from the west and northwest with gusts to 30 mph. Similar winds will continue today, shifting slightly southwest this afternoon. Temperatures will rise into the high 20s and 30s F. Skies will be mostly sunny this morning with increasing clouds this afternoon. Snow showers are expected tomorrow.
